The ten basic rights of the child
(According to the UNO Convention of the Rights of the Child as a whole of 54 articles)

You have the right of

Equal treatment and protection without discrimination of any kind, irrespective of your race, color, religion, and ethnic or social background and sex
A name and a nationality
Education and culture
Leisure time, playtime and recreation
To inform yourself, to communicate, to be listened to and peaceful assembly
Privacy and education in the sense of equal treatment and peace
Instant help in case of catastrophes or emergencies andprotection of cruelty, neglect, exploitation and pursuit
A family, parental care and a secure home
Care taking in case of a physical, emotional or psychological handicap

By the way the general Constitution of the Rights of the Child exists since 20 November 1959. The Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 44/25 of 20 November 1989.
Switzerland has signed the convention in 1997 as the second last country in Europe. Which means that it agrees on taking responsibility of promoting and the implementation on spreading the knowledge of the Convention throughout Switzerland.
